Hi guys, welcome to my history.
Below, i'll talk about my all career in ux until now.

First of all, you can call me Clay. Below I’ll tell a little about how I knew design and what are my motivations.

To start when I was young, all the time I was drawing something in my notebook, cause I think I’m so creative you know, but at this time I didn’t know what was creativity.

It was in my adolescence that I knew the advertising subjects, through my sister, and at this time she always asked for help when some work came up. That’s how I started my interest in this field, helping my sister with these works and always learning new tools that were related to design.

With this frequent help, I ended up getting so involved that I decided to study Advertising and Publicity too, it was something I found super fun and I knew that I could have a future in this career. So, years later, in my third year of college, I got my internship, but I needed to work hard to get this opportunity. I was always taking courses and developing myself more and more and of course, I needed too of money to continue paying for my college, otherwise, I would have to stop college, and that I didn't want to happen.

My first internship was at Guia de Motels, I was hired to create flash animations, things from the 2009 internet kkk. The Guia was a school for me, I learned all the bases of design and my career. I made a lot of mistakes but always focused on being the best.

From that period, I had opportunities to work in other Agencies, starting with Agevole/Amper, it was there that I had a lot of experience working as an Art Director, focused on print communications and events. During this period, I even lead a team but isn’t everything that I wanted for my career.

I was missing the online area, and because of that, I changed and I went through many digital agencies working with inbound marketing, e-commerce, and other large retail companies, but I was always missing something, which was to work continuously on a product. It was during this period that UOL emerged in my career, my first opportunity to work effectively on a product in a scrum squad, really focused on continuous discovery.

To be honest, my experience was not the best, due to some changes in the company and maybe because of my questioning way of being, I was fired in the kitchen guys kkk it was funny talking now, but on the day it wasn’t. I found this decision and how things were done to be unprofessional, but I knew things were going to change. I felt bad and thought I wasn’t so good at what I did. After that, I questioned myself, but I’m insistent and had great opportunities from that point, which showed me that companies have different profiles and that I had the talent to do what I do.

After that I worked as a Consultant Designer at Concrete in client Itau, a giant of banks, the experience was very nice and I believe that my soft skills developed more than my hard skills.

I learned a lot at that time, but iFood was born in my career, a company that I fell in love with right away and this is where I am today, developing myself, always looking to improve, and never giving up on being the best at what I do.
